NW General Contractor is the trade name of NW Style Homes 1 LLC. NW Style Homes 1 LLC is registered with the State of Washington as a general contractor under registration number NWSTYSH768DA and has posted with the state a continuous $30,000 contractor bond.
THE $30,000 BOND OR DEPOSIT MAY NOT BE ENOUGH TO COVER A CLAIM. The amount available under a bond or deposit can be less than the amount a customer seeks to recover.
THE BOND OR DEPOSIT IS SHARED AMONG CUSTOMERS. It protects customers collectively and is not reserved for the exclusive benefit of any one customer.
YOU MAY WITHHOLD A PERCENTAGE OF THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR ADDITIONAL PROTECTION. Customers may choose to retain part of the contract amount as permitted by law and their contract.
UNPAID SUPPLIERS OR SUBCONTRACTORS MAY HAVE LIEN RIGHTS AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY. Ask for lien-release documents or other proof that suppliers and subcontractors have been paid.
